Key Events

The Board of Directors has appointed the Sustainability Center to be responsible for implementing sustainability initiatives, overseeing and tracking the economic, environmental and human impacts of the company, and reporting to the Board on the implementation of sustainability initiatives and the achievement of performance targets.

Season 1

🎯Completed the 2025 Group-wide Greenhouse Gas Inventory (Categories 1, 2, and 3)

💡In accordance with the GHG Protocol standard, we completed a greenhouse gas inventory of all Group operating sites, covering direct emissions, energy-related indirect emissions, and other indirect emissions.

🎯Expected to obtain SBTi certification

💡Based on the submitted carbon reduction target documents and in accordance with the SBTi technical review schedule, the review will be completed and formal approval obtained within the year.

🎯Completed the identification of major themes for the 2025 Sustainability Report

💡Based on the GRI 3 "Major Themes" standard, a list and matrix of major themes are formed through issue inventory, stakeholder communication, dual materiality analysis and management review, which serve as the basis for disclosure in the report.

🎯Promoting the "Used Clothes and Shoes, Love Forever" donation drive

💡Collaborate with local charitable organizations to coordinate the collection, sorting, and transportation of supplies, assisting rural areas and vulnerable groups in obtaining the necessities of life.

🎯Confirmation of completion of the 2025 Group-wide Greenhouse Gas Inventory (Categories 1, 2, and 3)

💡Engage a third-party organization to perform limited assurance in accordance with the Assurance Standard No. 3410 to enhance the credibility of the audit data.

🎯Promoting the "Industry-Academia Collaboration Program" and Campus Employment Promotion

💡Through campus information sessions, internship collaborations, and career lectures, we help students understand the development of the RFID industry and the application of green technologies, thereby strengthening sustainable talent cultivation and industry connections.

🎯Complete the 2025 Sustainability Report and obtain third-party verification.

💡In accordance with GRI Standards and the regulations of the competent authorities, we prepare and publish sustainability reports, and at the same time, we commission a third party to perform limited assurance in accordance with Assurance Criterion 3000.

🎯Cultivating the Next Generation of Technological Talents|Industry-Academia Collaboration

💡Signing industry-academia cooperation agreements with colleges and universities promotes the integration of education and industry, and also demonstrates the company's commitment to educational sustainability and social responsibility.

🎯Promoting the "Ghost Festival: Sharing Love" Material Donation Program

💡Partner with local social welfare centers, neighborhood offices, or charitable organizations to assist with the distribution of supplies and promote connections between businesses and local communities.。

Season 4

🎯Establish a cross-departmental IFRS Sustainable Disclosure Guidelines Task Force

💡In response to the Financial Supervisory Commission's promotion of IFRS S1 "Sustainability Disclosure Guidelines" and IFRS S2 "Climate-Related Disclosure Guidelines", an inter-departmental task force has been established.

🎯Develop a plan to implement IFRS sustainable disclosure guidelines

💡The project team has formulated a complete implementation plan based on the IFRS S1/S2 framework and the alignment timeline.

🎯Implementing the "Environmental Sustainability Action Month" project

💡With environmental protection as the main theme, we plan a series of related activities (such as beach cleanups, energy conservation and carbon reduction challenges, greening activities, etc.).

🎯Promoting the "Small Donations, Big Care" social welfare program

💡We regularly track donation results and maintain cooperation and communication with the foundation to promote positive connections between businesses and charitable organizations.

💡Through internal promotion and event outreach, we cultivate employees' awareness of caring for vulnerable groups and protecting animals, making the spirit of public welfare an integral part of the corporate culture.
