Sustainable Governance
Personal Information Protection
Arizon RFID Technology (Cayman) Co., Ltd. treats data trust and personal information protection as a core governance discipline—not a checkbox disclosure.
The company has published its
Privacy Policy
online as its external Personal Data Protection statement, applying at minimum to customers, website interaction users, and job candidates.
To ensure execution, auditability, and breach readiness, Group HR serves as the group-level coordinating owner, working alongside Legal and local management teams to drive communication, alignment, and incident escalation when required.
In 2025, Arizon delivered two (2) company-wide compliance training sessions on 27 October, including a session on Personal Data Protection & Information Security in Practice, led by an external legal professional to reinforce real operational boundaries, security risk awareness, and managerial ownership.
2025 marks Arizon’s governance transformation and cross-site alignment phase. Local entities operate at different scales and system maturity, but accountability and data protection discipline have already shifted into structured ownership. A unified group-wide training metric and disclosure standard will be rolled out progressively in 2026.
