I. Energy Management
With the increasing severity of global warming and the ongoing adjustments and price increases in the domestic electricity market, energy management and energy conservation and carbon reduction have become core issues of social concern. Arizon's plant, which primarily uses electricity as its energy source, adheres to the philosophy of "energy conservation, carbon reduction, and sustainable operation," and will implement several comprehensive energy management measures in 2025.
Through a series of energy conservation and carbon reduction projects, we have translated the concept of sustainability into concrete actions, effectively reducing electricity consumption and improving energy efficiency, achieving remarkable results in green energy application and carbon emission reduction.
II. Current Status of Energy Use
In 2025, Arizon's total energy consumption was 42,970.12 GJ, with an energy intensity of 9.32 GJ/million New Taiwan Dollars.
The energy structure is as follows:
| Energy Category |
Percentage of total energy consumption (%)
|
Total consumption(GJ)

III. Energy Management Policies
The company's energy management adheres to the principles of "prioritizing conservation, substitution, efficiency, and safety." Under the premise of meeting production and service needs, it minimizes energy use and prioritizes the use of renewable energy through technological upgrades and management innovation to reduce dependence on fossil fuels.
At the same time, we actively promote equipment upgrades and technological innovation to improve energy efficiency, stabilize energy supply, control operating costs, and ensure production safety and personnel health.
IV. Energy Conservation Implementation and Management Measures
In its office and factory environments, Arizon actively implements various energy-saving facilities and monitoring systems, and regularly reviews electricity usage. The main measures are as follows:
- Electricity meter monitoring system implementation: Continuously monitors energy usage trends in various electricity consumption areas, and adjusts the operating mode in real time for abnormal energy consumption to achieve optimal energy use.
- Zoning control and behavior management: Adopt a time-sharing system for the operation of regional lighting and air conditioning, and promote energy conservation awareness among employees to establish an energy-saving culture.
- Equipment maintenance and replacement: Regularly inspect and replace high-energy-consuming equipment that has been in use for more than five years to improve operational efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
In the future, we will continue to assess the feasibility of renewable energy and other environmental protection solutions to promote low-carbon manufacturing and sustainable operation.
ARIZON Yangzhou Company: Fulfilling Environmental Commitments Through Sustainable Actions
ARIZON Yangzhou Company has always regarded environmental protection and social responsibility as core values of its corporate development. Through a series of concrete and effective energy-saving and carbon-reduction measures, we have implemented the concept of sustainability in our daily operations and achieved significant results in green energy use and carbon emission reduction by 2025.
ARIZON|Green Energy Actions and Performance Results
I. Rooftop Photovoltaic Power Generation System: Promoting Clean Energy Self-Sufficiency and Implementing Low-Carbon Transition
Since 2022, Yongdao Company has proactively installed a solar photovoltaic system with a total capacity of 774.4 kWp on the rooftops of its first and second plants, operating under a " self-consumption and surplus power to the grid " model, gradually establishing a stable renewable energy supply mechanism.
As of January to September 2025, the photovoltaic system generated 743,688 kWh of electricity for self-consumption, effectively reducing dependence on traditional fossil fuels and reducing greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 400 metric tons of CO₂e .
This project not only significantly enhances the company’s energy self-sufficiency, but also lays a solid foundation for Arizon to advance toward low-carbon manufacturing and sustainable operations.
To continuously improve energy efficiency and reduce operational energy consumption, Arizon launched an energy-efficient lighting upgrade project for the production workshop at Plant 1 in September 2025.
The 600 existing 18W LED grille lights , which had been in use for over ten years, were completely replaced with high-efficiency 10W energy-saving LED tubes . While maintaining the original illuminance standards, the new system significantly improves luminous efficacy and reduces energy consumption.
Upon completion of the project, it is expected to save approximately 84,000 kWh of electricity annually, equivalent to a reduction of approximately 60,000 yuan in electricity costs per year, while simultaneously reducing carbon emissions.
This upgrade not only improves lighting quality and energy efficiency, but also reflects Yongdao's continuous efforts and commitment to energy conservation and carbon reduction in its daily operations.
III. Green Energy Certificate Procurement: Diversified Energy Layout and Expanding External Green Energy Sources
To further increase the proportion of green electricity usage and respond to national carbon neutrality policies, Arizon actively participates in China’s Green Electricity Certificate (GEC) trading platform, exploring market-based approaches for green power procurement.
In 2025, the company conducted its first pilot purchase of one Green Electricity Certificate (1,000 kWh), formally incorporating externally sourced renewable energy into its energy mix and marking an important milestone in its participation in green electricity trading.
In the same year, Arizon plans to purchase a total of 1,746 Green Electricity Certificates, which is expected to reduce approximately 936 metric tons of CO₂e emissions, further increasing the use of renewable energy and strengthening the resilience and sustainability of the company’s low-carbon transition.
Comprehensive Achievements and Outlook: Building a Holistic Green Energy Management System
With " self-generated power generation, internal energy conservation, and external green electricity " as its core strategies, ARIZON has gradually formed a comprehensive green energy management system.
| Focus Area | Measures | Key Outcomes |
| Clean energy introduction |
Rooftop photovoltaic power generation |
Annual power generation: 743,688 kWh, carbon reduction: approximately 400 tons of CO₂e |
| Energy efficiency improvement |
Lighting system upgrade | Annual electricity savings of 84,000 kWh, and cost savings of approximately 60,000 yuan. |
| Green electricity procurement |
Green electricity certificate trading |
It is estimated that carbon emissions will be reduced by approximately 936 tons of CO₂e per year. |
Through these actions, ARIZON continues to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions, strengthens energy use resilience, and promotes green manufacturing transformation.
In the future, the company will continue to deepen the application of low-carbon technologies and the layout of renewable energy, improve the energy management system, and strive to realize the long-term vision of "low-carbon manufacturing, sustainable operation, and creating a green future together".
