Social Responsibility

Arizon RFID Technology Group operates across Taiwan, China, Japan, Vietnam, and the United States.

We believe that sustainable business growth is inseparable from the trust and connection we build with local communities.

For Arizon, communities are not just places where we operate—they are partners who grow with us.

Each team drives education, social, and environmental initiatives tailored to its local context, making community engagement an integral part of our daily operations.

Education Partnerships – Developing Local Talent

In Taiwan, we have observed the challenges of talent migration and the gap between education and industry.

Arizon collaborates with Far East University, De Lin Institute of Technology, and Lunghwa University of Science and Technology, launching programs such as New Southbound, Overseas Chinese, and Industry-Academia Cooperation courses. These programs enable students to gain real-world experience in production and R&D settings while still in school.

In 2025, 15 students participated in these partnerships, completing over 400 hours of hands-on training.

These collaborations bridge education with industry needs, fostering a continuous cycle of local talent cultivation.

Social Engagement – Giving Back to the Community

In China, Arizon has maintained a long-term partnership with the Yangzhou Special Education School’s Blind Wind Orchestra, providing learning materials and music education support.

Through music, these students express confidence and resilience, embodying the power of inclusive education.

Every Lunar New Year, our teams also visit local communities to support families in need and frontline public service workers.

In 2025, the initiative reached 30 households and 2 public units, including fire and sanitation departments—small gestures that represent a lasting bond of trust between the company and the community.

Environmental Action – Integrating Sustainability into Daily Work

At our Taipei office and plant, Arizon promotes recycling and waste reduction in collaboration with Tzu Chi Foundation volunteers.

In 2025, approximately 250 kilograms of metal materials were recycled, and part of the recovered resources were donated to local fire, police, and administrative offices.

These efforts improve resource management efficiency and strengthen employees’ collective awareness of environmental sustainability

Global Connection – Extending Local Actions Across Borders

In spring 2025, Arizon launched the “Shoes for Love” charity drive, inviting global employees to donate shoes and clothing for children in underprivileged regions of Africa.

The campaign collected over 200 items with an 85% participation rate across our offices.

This initiative demonstrated Arizon’s culture of taking practical, coordinated action to address global social issues—turning ESG from a concept into a shared value.

Looking Ahead – Deepening Local Engagement

With the Hung An factory in Vietnam now operational, Arizon plans to extend its education partnership model by collaborating with local technical institutes to create internship and training opportunities for skilled manufacturing talent.

In the Houston, U.S. site, the team is exploring internship and industry-academia programs with local schools to build connections for future engineering and supply chain professionals.

Meanwhile, the Tokyo office—though small in scale—will continue to engage in local cultural or educational exchange activities to maintain a positive community presence.

As Arizon continues to expand its global footprint, the Group remains committed to advancing ESG under consistent principles, ensuring that every operating region grows together with its community.
